Spotlight Series: Meet Life Coach Sarah Brody

1. Tell us a bit about yourself

I actually discovered life coaching by starting to work with a life coach myself! I had been feeling stuck and unfulfilled for a while, and I was ready for a change, but I was struggling to figure out what I could do that would be exciting and purposeful for me. My coach was able to help me realize that my true passion is helping others achieve happiness and empowerment in their own lives, and the idea of becoming a life coach suddenly clicked. I knew that starting Sarah Brody Coaching would be my path toward an exciting, fulfilling life, doing what I LOVE to do, putting my strengths and passions toward helping others succeed.

2. What was your first job and how did you get it? My first job was working as a summer intern at a very small marketing agency, creating a social media strategy for some of their clients. This was back when social media was still new, and very few companies knew how to use Facebook to engage with customers and attract business! 3. How did you decide and get to your career today?

4. What advice would you have given your younger self? You don’t need to follow a traditional career path in order to be successful. Find what you love and build it / design it / do it yourself! It is also 100% okay to have other things that are bigger priorities for you than your career. Your priorities are your own to choose. You can design your job around the life you want to have, instead of designing your life around your job. 5. In 5 years, where do you hope to be professionally and personally? In 5 years, my life coaching business will be thriving and I’ll have more client success stories than I can count! I hope to be mentoring new life coaches, running impactful workshops, and sharing my message around the world. I will also continue to balance my coaching career with family, travel, and my own personal growth :)
